1. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I am currently shipping to the U.S. & Canada.
2. Do you take custom orders?
Unfortunately, No. Because Misty is disabled, making custom orders can be stressful and difficult. Custom orders can sometimes be a little too much, even though Misty works hard.
From time-to-time Misty will make custom pieces for her beloved friends & family which can be viewed on her social media accounts. Shortcuts are located at the bottom of the site.
3. I have metal allergies; Can I wear your jewelry?
That depends. Most pieces are either stainless steel & silver or gold plated. Earrings or clasps can sometimes be switched out for an alternative. Contact us to see if options are available.

4. How do I make a return?
MistyMarieJewelry does not accept returns. Jewelry is a personal item and therefore cannot be returned. However, if your pieces arrive damaged or broken, there are options. Sometimes a replacement can be made or refunds can be issued. Contact us for any issues.
